I am feeling better, thanks. Still a bit stopped up but at least my throat isn't going through coughing spasms like yesterday. I took today off from working out but I did work. Tomorrow I will probably go back to the gym.

Snow??? What is snow? It has been almost 80 the last two days. Isn't that crazy? It is suppose to be in the high 70's tomrorow then mid 50's on Thursday and into the 40's over the weekend.

The best thing about CO snow is that since they don't have the humidity that we have it isn't usually that *bone chilling* kind of cold!

DH and I were just reminescing a few days ago about 27ds (he was almost 2 at the time) used to put the snow in his pockets when we would go outside to play. I guess he was saving it for later! LOL!

When I was coughing really bad I took a perscription called Trivent. It is very good to dry everything up! I am glad you are feeling better.

My tree is finally decorated. No tree topper though. I want to wait to do that when Jeff is home. Plus I want to get something new.

We downsized majorly last year and the kids were calling the tree the anorexic tree. Now they are calling it the Christmas Stick.

I had not thought about that. When we are cold here and we have ice or snow we are so cold.

Selena - 70's and 80's oh how I wish they would come back to CO!!! It was 10 degrees this morning when I got in to work.

Jrsy - thanks for the recommendation. I think I might go with one where you add water to see if Chris is really dedicated and if he gets bored with it or not. He is not the most patient person. He can't wait the 5 minutes it takes for minute rice to cook. There is a website called mrbeer.com that I might get a kit from.

Selena, Christmas stick. How funny. We down sized the ornaments this year. We went out to buy a small tree this year and ended up with a tree only 6" shorter. Oh well, I love my new tree!!

My sister called and told me the story about Tyler's recent seizure. I guess they were walking through the mall and his seizure started and he fell to the ground hitting his head and having a seizure. She was by herself with Joey and him. He had a 3 minute seizure, she just picked him up so he could be safe while another mom shopping in the mall stopped and helped her by entertaining my niece. Driving home in the car my nephew was throwing up. Instantly I think of a concusion but Stacey said his eyes aren't dilated.

I am so mad right now, my BIL thinks that they don't need to go to the emergency room and that he will be okay, but hmmmm if your child just smacked his head on the ground and is throwing up I would be running to the hospital and pay whatever amount just to hear the words he is fine. I must have missed it when he got his medical degree. If I were my sister I would take him anyway, despite what my husband said.

Heidi and Sandy I am so upset for you guys. I am sitting here with tears running down my face. I wish I could do something. You all are in our prayers!!

Cuse my french BUT screw her DH and take the baby to the doctor, call the doctor of go to the emergency room. Heck jeff would be furious with me if I did not do go.

We went to visit them last night. Tyler called grandma and asked her to come to his house, so we all went. It was so good to see him and hug him and squeeze him. He was acting fine last night. He didn't have a concussion so that is good. My poor sister.

I probably won't be back on this thread again before we leave. I am almost done packing, but I have to run to the bank and Target (to get Jacob some brown socks, I can't find the ones I already bought ) and then I want to get the house cleaned up some.

I just got back from the doctor. I woke up this morning very stopped up and having muscle spasms under my eye. My ears are all stopped up too. So, when I got to work one of my co-workers told me that she went to the ear, nose & throat doctor, 2 doors down from us, last week and he gave her a shot and some prednisone. So, I called them and they got me right in. That shot hurt!!!! I start taking the prednisone tomorrow and keep taking the antibiotice the clinic gave me on Monday. Hopefully this is going to knock all this out. This weather change is so bad on sinus. Last night it was warm, about 70 this morning 46.

Glad Tyler seemed good last night.
