What do you think of posting items for sale on Craigslist and then having a link to a youtube video showing the items?

It would be similar to posting pictures but being able to show some clothing items, shoes, sports stuff, etc.

I personally would never click on a link in a Craigslist ad. That site is littered with virus links, and although youTube is safe, you never know if someone spoofed it.

I'd just upload photos, it is free, you just upload from your computer (you don't need to park them somewhere like photobucket first, like you do here).

I've seen people attempt this on ebay and I didn't think it was too successful. Besides quality issues, the sellers were attempting to use a voiceover to describe the item instead of writing a description. Descriptions are searchable, a voice isn't. I think it might be an extra bonus, but I'd make sure I have all the other points covered first.
