CR South Garden Wing and Fireworks

I was wondering if you can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the South Garden Wing rooms at the Contemporary.

After looking at my map of the Contemporary I don't think you would be able to. So my best advice is to go and watch them from the 4th floor observation deck. Another option is to make an ADR for the California Grill around the time for Wishes and watch them from there.

We stayed in the Contemporary tower MK view in 06 and my son loved watching the "booms" every night from our balcony. We are reserved for may 08 in MK tower, but if we could see fireworks from right outside our room in a garden wing room I wouldn't mind being able to save a little money. I was hoping someone who has stayed in the south wing would know for sure, but when I looked at the map I thought it would be unlikely too. You can't see fireworls from tower bay view either can you?

when are you going?

if the new CRV (okay maybe suites - but hoping) is up that hide you probably can't.

but if it isn't - there is a chance - not a big one - just a small one - but there is a chance.

if you go to the 4th floor outside area - they also play the music for you.

you can see them from the first floor - just on the other side of the CR.
