I'm looking to book a weekend trip for my wife and I and I would really like to book the CR since I have stayed there a number of times but my wife has never gotten to experience it before. I called and the best FL resident rate they had was $250 a night. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting a better rate?

If I can't get in for the real low rates being advertised for some of the other resorts which resort would you recommend I try next? I have stayed a number of times at both the CR and GF but my wife has never stayed at one of the Disney resorts.

Thanks,
Gator

I'm not in the know on this one - but this will bump your post to page 1 and hopefully some of our very knowledgable members can help!

We are staying at the CR from June 29-July 5 at a $149 rate for a garden wing room. That is an annual passholder rate. Perhaps, if you don't have one, you would actually save money by purchasing one annual pass for your party to get the good rate. Check out www.mousesavers.com
