I am wondering if the construction of the new bldg creates any kind of disturbance while staying at CR?

As of right now here is the only construction that is going on. Outside where the North Garden Wing building use to be, so that has 100% no effect on the guests staying in the Tower and South Garden Wing building. The other area where there is construction is the lobby, however that should be finished anytime now. Now until it's completed the only time it should have effects one you is when you happen to be in the lobby.

Nothing has officially been announced but it's a 99.9% channce that it's going to be a Disney Vacation Club Villas building. That has been a rumour for like 2 or 3 years, so chances are that is what they are working on.

Thanks... if they turn out to be DVC Villas, do you plan on buying one since you're a CR Resort Fan 4 Life?

I don't think so. In the past we have priced out what it costs to join DVC and it's not something for us.

it has been a rumor since at least 2002.

if it is a DVC - will definitely be buying.

It won't have many villas.
