CR north wing, number of floors?

HI, does the north wing have 2 or 3 floors? I'm going to call for a reservation and if there is a 3rd floor, I want to request it. Also, and this is a really dumb question, the wings have elevators right?

3 floors and elevators. We loved the North Garden Wing. We faced the lake/playground area. We were on the first floor, which I didn't think I would be happy with. But, loved it!!!
