CR concierge and codes

We have ressies at the Contemporary 14th floor concierge (not tower Club) for December. Booked it at least 6 months ago before any discounts. When codes came out, CMs said not good for the 14th floor. Today AP discounts came out but not for the 14th floor concierge.

Has anybody got a discount for the 14th floor concierge at the contemporary?

There haven't been discounts for the 14th floor in years. There aren't very many rooms up there, they are mostly suites.

I am going to have to check to make sure what exactly I booked (if it is mostly suites). Because , if I remember, the CM had some confusion with what I wanted (full concierge) and he said "Do you want a room with a king bed?" and I said I wanted the 14th floor. He gave me a new price and there wasn't much of a cost difference.

The 14th floor is booked as either a king room or two queen room. When I was trying to book a room there over New Year's, everytime I asked for the 14th floor they'd say "all we have is a king room, but it only holds 2", and since there were 3 of us I had to go with the Tower Club.

We did tower club too and in all honesty I wouldn't pay for Full Concierge, we were not in the room the majority of the day and in the morning and afternoon we would bring enough snacks and drinks into the room to snack on at nights after we had dinner at the parks. My room had two queen beds and a daybed, we loved it!!
