cp room discount-limit?

any cper's know if there is a limit to the number of rooms you can book at one time with the cp discount? also, is there a limit to how many rooms you can book during your progam?

You can book as many rooms as you'd like at one time (I think), but you will only get the full 50% off the room the CP stays in, all other rooms on the reservation will be at a maximum 40%.

You can book as many reservations as you'd like as long as the Cast Member is staying in the room. You can make up to 5 per year for friends and family.

Park ticket discounts are about 10%. Food discounts are 20% in sit down restaurants, but only if you are seated after 8:30pm for dinner. (not sure about lunch), and they will automatically add an 18% gratuity when you use the discount. I also believe that the cast member has to be the one that's paying the bill, but not 100% sure on that one.

DH and I are taking our DD for her CP check-in on Feb. 1st. We have our room booked at All Star Movies (yeah, without the discount) for checking her in. But, I am also planning trips with grandparents and other family members throughout her time there (she will be there through the summer). So, I am planning on going many times. This is great information to have!

The first time I would like to visit is only a week and a half after she starts though! (It was the best time for her grandmother to go!) We are wanting to stay at a deluxe for a week. Would that be too soon to get a discount? She has said she will stay in our room with us, so I was really hoping for a 50% discount....

Any ideas on if that is too soon to hope for?

Thanks for any amount of information you can give (on that trip,or any others! Her younger sisiter wants to visit at the end of Feb, so I thought that might be do-able.)!!

Its not too soon as long as there are rooms available at that rate when she gets her portal access.

And I'm from The Woodlands, TX...and I have friends all over Friendswood.

There is no guarantee that your CP will be able to get the 50% off discount ~ depends upon what is available at the time of booking.
CPs' discounts may be 25%, 40% or the 50% .... sometimes there are no rooms available at any discount. Your best bet will be to be flexible as to resort and/or time of visit.

Thanks Courtney! I sent you a PM, I am out of town and can't get to my e-mail....

We can be very flexable with where we stay for sure, and somewhat flexable with when we go. I am just nervous about wanting to go so soon. Even if we can go for the 40% discount, we would do it, it's just better if we can get the 50%!

DH and I just got AP's, and I am hoping to wear them out!!
