Okay so heres the situation I'm in...theres an apartment I could rent and afford in Orlando which I really want to get. But I really really want to work at Disney and have no idea which is harder to get into. Adding to that fact I have a restricted rehire status. So what do you guys think? Should I move and try to get a job there or just try the CP?

i say try for ft/pt, but in the meantime while waiting for a role you could apply to work elsewhere to make money. the nice thing about ft/pt, is you have seniority and start gaining it whereas if you start with the cp, your time as a cp doesnt go towards seniority.

Yeah thats true and I would have a job to move down there too because of some people I know! It's very interesting apartment will be open in January I might save up some $$ and give it a shot! Thanks for your opinion:thumbsup2

Go for it! Especially if you plan on working there for a long time. I'm sort of in the same situation, I just don't have anywhere to live yet, which is why i'm leaning more towards CP/PI. Get back on my feet again, KWIM? Unless pt/ft pays more...Does anyone know?
