CP Dinner Package Question

We did this a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I know we want to book it again this year but I'm not sure which tier restaurant to pick.

Remind me - can you order anything off the menu for the set price or are there limitations. Also, is it appetizer, entree, dessert and drink? I'm thinking of Le Cellier since we always eat there at least once during our trip anyway...

Yes, it's appetizer, entree, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage. The only exclusion is lobster.
