CP dinner or lunch?

We’ll be on the DDP and definitely want to do the CP package. I know we want Biergarten. The remaining question is for lunch or dinner?

We need to eat BEFORE the show. Got it. Here’s the dilemma: we want to also try CS at Sunshine Seasons that day and don’t want to miss the tree lighting at 6 either. Future world closes at 7 according to the Disney website. So…we could lunch at Biergarten, go to the 5pm CP show then run to the 6pm tree lighting and hope we make it, then run again right after to eat at Sunshine Seasons right before they close. Do they really kick you out at 7?

OR

We could lunch early (11) at Sunshine Season’s then do early dinner at 4pm at Biergarten for the 8:15 CP show. If we do that option, will a 4pm Biergarten ADR give us enough time to see the tree lighting at 6? Help!

I had looked at the packages and if we were going to do it, I'd be doing lunch at Garden Grill on a day when Gary Sinise is the presenter. But we're passing this year - my kids are too young to appreciate it.
