CP before MNSSHP

Has anyone done this?
I know LTT has characters in costume. I was just wondering if Pooh & friends would be dressed up too.

We did CP before MNSSHP in 2001...it was convenient for the party, but I was disappointed that the characters were not dressed up. Tigger and Pooh were walking around Main Street at the end of the night in costumes, but not at our dinner.
