Cozumel Excursion Recommendations

Just booked a last minute cruise leaving on the Disney Magic this July 3rd from Miami. We dock at Cozumel and I haven't been in a while. What do you recommend for a couple in their 20's no children

We (two adults, in our 20's) did the Exclusive Dolphin VIP and it was our favorite excursion we did, we had both never been close to a dolphin before so it was pretty amazing.

since I'm looking for January. Not ultimately what we're looking for, but it seemed decent.

When in Cozumel we usually take a cab to Paradise Beach. Love the pool with the lounge chairs in the water.

We did the aqua helmet dive excursion through DCL but you can totally do it on your own it’s just down the street from the dock and we were walked there and left on our own to walk back to the ship. It was neat but don’t do it if you are claustrophobic.

We're going on a cruise in January (not Disney, Regent Seven Seas), and have already signed up for this excursion. It's a journey into river in a cave. It's supposed to be remarkable.

Rio Secreto: What To Do In Cozumel

(Working on a back-up plan if a hurricane turns our Eastern C into a Western.). I would like to work this into a future Cozumel visit - El Cielo Reefs. The area is only accessible by boat, although there is a beach adjacent. It was closed to visitors a few years ago, to help with reef preservation.

I’ve been to Chakanaab and personally don’t recommend it (mainly, lack of significant sandy beach entrance). Otherwise, we have yet to find that sweet spot of excursions in this port.

I would also look at a jeep or ATV tour. Many of them allow a booking to have their own vehicle - not sharing a 4-seat Jeep. There are some Mayan ruins on the island.
