I have this booked right now but am reading mixed reviews. Any advise? Have kids who would want a beach and a pool, would like something booked through Disney...............

Fury Catamaran Sail Snorkel and Beach Party looks fun!!! Has anyone done that?

We did this in October and enjoyed it. Think of it as a watered down poorer version of Castaway Cay. They had activities for the kids, a decent beach, and a buffet lunch. Of course adult beverages were included, and we had very good service. They will help you set up an umbrella in the beach. We did not stay in the pool area, but it was fairly large, not crowded, and the kids seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Now, to get to the beach area, you do have to walk through a little market area where they try to entice you into their stores, but it wasn't as obtrusive as walking the streets of Cozumel. We'd do it again.

We *sort* of did this one except we did it on our own rather than through Disney. I got a lot of information off these boards and I'm really glad that we decided to do go for it! Not only did we save money but we also got there about 1.5 hrs ahead of the Disney buses :cool1: which let us have great top choice of seats by the beach. It also allowed us to be on our own timetable and leave when we were ready rather than on schedule.

We did the Beach Break in April and really enjoyed it. What I didn't care for were the chairs on the beach that were jammed up next to each other but we just moved them around to spreadout. My kids didn't care anything about the inflatable water toys so we just relaxed in the chairs and got in the water when we got hot.

My sister and her family did the Fury Catamaran and loved it.

We were on the Wonder and a bonus was we were the first of eight ships to dock in Cozumel that day so there were not the masses of people.
