I don't like coffee. I just pop in and grab some treats to go. The treats are usually the same as vista cafe for kids who want treats too.

Yes, they will give you the punch card with your first order, its buy 5 get the next one free.
My husband has probably 3 almost full ones (he forgets to bring it back) ready to go in Sept.

The snacks are so good, I go in midday and always find a yummy snack.....

If they don't offer the punch card just ask for one. It is 5 paid, one free. I don't drink coffee at all but go in for the chai latte. They have a double chai which comes in the tall cup and what I just learned this past cruise is they have single chai which costs less and comes in a smaller cup.

There is no menu it's just put there during the day often cakes afternoon re after noon tea and cheese and hams from 6 pm.

On the Wonder, they let us use the "free" drink from the punch card to get an alcoholic coffee drink (and our punches had mainly come from espresso martinis, coffee with Baileys, etc anyway). But they wouldn't do it on the Magic, which was kind of a bummer.

Yeah, we did not like the baristas on the Magic last summer -- and they got into fights in front of guests (at one point, it had to be mediated by another crew member)! It sure spoiled the mood in there, and I didn't hang out in there nearly as much as I usually do. Hope they have different ones now!

That's " unusual" and not very good service it should be reported. Yes they give different levels of service to me from standard to good to exceptional but never like that.

It's a coffee shop in all the ships. They sell fancy coffees that you pay extra for and they have various pastries which are included in the price of your cruise.
