Courtyard by Marriott

Well, I thought I'd let you know the deal I just finalized for our trip in March. We are a family of 5 and everyone is classified as adults when it comes to park tickets, etc. We have 4 nights at the Royal Pacific Resort at $99/night - March 7-10 and decided to go to Disney for a couple of days. We haven't done Universal in years, but the kids can't imagine going to Florida without doing Disney! Parks tickets through Ticketmania would cost us $875/US plus a hotel for 2 nights - total of about $1000/US. I found a deal on the Courtyard by Marriott site for $114 per person for a room for 2 nights, 3 days of unlimited park hopping, water parks and Disney Quest, and free deluxe breakfast! We are taking 2 rooms and for about $600/US we will be getting exactly what we were hoping for! Has anyone used this deal before? They were very nice and answered all my questions so I'm hoping all goes well.

Great prices Bonnie! We stayed at the Royal Pacific last August and it is a beautiful resort, very nice pool but no slide. I just wanted to add that the rooms are small and we wished we had reserved two connecting rooms (family of 4). We have two teen sons and we felt like we were on top of each other, smallest room we have ever stayed in. We had Club room on the 7th floor (club has a lounge with some free food/drinks daily), which was the same size as a standard room in any one of the three towers. I have never stayed at that Marriott but we have stayed at Marriott Courtyard before and they are nice. Marriott's are usually very clean and well kept. If you have teens, the Hard Rock Cafe at Universal is a great stop for a burger or ribs type meal. We thought the food at the US/IOA parks was good everywhere we ate and not that bad in price. Have a great time!
