As much as you may think I'm being cautious the subpoena IS a legal document and I actually would prefer something in writing from that person as opposed to a phone call.

Good advice, Grumbo. We do have her name. This is a very small county (second smallest in Georgia) and the person he had to speak to is the county clerk. She is pretty well-known around here. I'm just glad that this is over with and that we can go!

Not to hijack your thread, but....... I lived in COnyers for 3 years! I moved from there in 1995 nd haven't been back, but I know it has changed. DS graduated from Heritage HS. My favorite Cruise Agency (next to DU) is Galaxsea in Conyers. The world is small, the Dis brings it together!

You should be in Conyers today!!! It is all over the news (wouldn't be surprised if it made the national news tonight). BioLab is on fire (has been since about 5 AM) and they've had to evacuated all of Old Town and probably half of the rest of the city! It is an absolute mess! Heritage High School is one of the sites that they are sending people to that have been evacuated.

We didn't use Galaxsea Cruises for this trip, but I should have. They are customers of ours at our other business and they are such nice people. We got a really good rate through All Seas, so I went with them. We are probably going to try a RCL or Carnival cruise next summer if we like this one, and I know I will go through them.
