coupons needed

I am looking for the best coupon sites need to save money at grocery store any help would be great. thanks

Or thats at least what my friends tell me.

1. sign up for ANY website you can think of (ex: unilever, kraft, proctor & gamble, dove, hidden valley,dean,etc)

2. register for ANY of your local stores at their websites...alot of them have coupons they email you or links to coupons.(ex:disney store, sears, jcpenny, walmart, taco bell, etc

3 check out COUPONS.com ...its one of my favorites

4 The sunday paper is your best friend...it has mega coupons

5. Some places (like my public library) have a section with a coupon exchange...its kinda cool

6 Phone Books: alot have coupons for all types of stuff in a seperate section...ours is green

7. Magazines.....Quick & Simple, First, Womans World, Cosmopolitian,etc....all carry coupons...you just have to find them & they arent every month

8. Local flyers: one of our grocery stores prints coupons right in their flyer or we get packets for local stores

9. Grocery Stores.....sometimes they have those little machines that spit out coupons right there & alot are good for over 6 months..
