Merry Christmas to all!

I hope everyone had a blessed and wonderful day. We did but had stormy weather, which I can never remember having before. We have been cold and had sleet and been hot and run the AC, but can never remember storms before. If anyone happened to hear the passing remark on the Weather Channel about a small country community in MS having a tornado yesterday, that was about 5 miles North of me. DH and DS were prepared and waiting(they are volunteer firefighters) and were out for several hours helping. Several houses were damage or destroyed and 8 people went to the hospital. Thankfully no one was killed. My house and neighborhood was spared. It is definitly a Christmas we will remember.

I hadn't heard about the storm. Thank goodness you and your family didn't get injured and that your house withstood Mother Nature's wrath. I'm sure you'll remember Christmas, 2012 for a long, long time.
