Did anyone else experience an extremely busy post office today? It was the worst I have ever seen it! Postman told DH that it was due to people mailing out Superbowl shirts today.

I ran into that problem last week with people mailing confernce shirts. The post mistress predicted that this week would be worse if the Saints won.
Guess she was right.......

I just wanted to post that last week while I was at the market (stocking up for the blizzard as well as the weekly groceries) a young couple behind me joked about my bill being so high and that I was using coupons. You should have seen the guys face when my bill shrunk by almost $50 thanks to the coupons! He immediately told his GF/wife that she needed to get herself some coupons, lol.

I'm loving double coupon days!

Great job with the savings and ITA about double coupons. Wish more than one of our stores did doubles and also didn't have such strict rules about their use.

As for the couple you encountered, hopefully you've turned them into believers!

I received an email this morning from Sunday Coupon Preview stating that we will be getting a Red Plum coupon insert in the papers on Sunday. That's not what they reported in previous messages, but oh well I'm all for getting an unexpected RP.

However, in order to not completely confuse people at this point in time, I will still make next week optional for sending to your train buddy. If you get the RP insert and want to send an envie, I know your train buddy would probably be thrilled.

However, maybe you prefer to use next week getting your coupons organized and filed or maybe your paper won't carry the RP insert as originally reported. Therefore, the choice is yours. If you do send them, please post here so your train buddy knows that something will be arriving.
