I received a notice from my post office saying they had my 6 envies.
They were holding them due to insufficient postage (almost $8.00).I can't go to my p.o. and get them because it is 30 minutes from my house and 45 from my daycare. By the time I get off, the p.o. is closed.They are returning them to you.

How odd the mail carrier didn't leave you a slip stating this. I have had this happen before, received a slip and left the money in the mail box. Guess with all the government funding cuts the post office is being effected also.

I'm so sorry, I used my mail lady to help me with postage. She carries a little scale and I thought it'd be fine. I can't go to the PO when I'm running my department I do not get off before it closes. I was able to get to the PO yesterday thought, so you'll be getting a big envie with the correct postage. What I'll do it when I receive them is go through them (get rid of expired coupons, if any) and go back to the PO.

Again, I'm so sorry!

Is there any coupon(s) you really like or need, maybe I can make it up to you a little bit? I've got some great toy ones, printed from the internet.

My carrier does the same thing. Leaves me my postage due item plus an envie stating the amount due and I just put the money in there and leave it for him to p/u the next day. I'm thinking because this wasn't a few cents and quite a few dollars, they held it at the p.o. but why the mail carrier didn't contact TonyaG about its whereabouts is unfortunate for sure. It would've saved a lot of frustration and confusion on the part of TonyaG and Micday.
