Manila envelopes are stronger and bigger than the white ones. If you are sending a lot of coupons, it might be worth it to buy some manila envies at the Dollar Store (or when Walgreens has them on sale using the coupon in their Sunday flyer) to protect them a little better.

Just had to share with everyone that I completed my second One America 500 Festival Mini Marathon this past Saturday. It was frigidly cold and very windy but I finished...took me 9 more minutes than last year but I feel great.....already planning on doing another half marathon this October.

Just had to share with everyone that I completed my second One America 500 Festival Mini Marathon this past Saturday. It was frigidly cold and very windy but I finished...took me 9 more minutes than last year but I feel great.....already planning on doing another half marathon this October.

Congratulations to you! How awesome! Do you do the Disney Marathon?

I think I have figured out a good way to send a lot of coupons. At least I think I have. Quasi123 could confirm if they arrive okay.

I use the 5x7 brown envies. I take a sheet of copier paper and fold it in half. Then I lay out the coupons to the half size of paper. By laying them out evenly, there isn't a bulge in the middle of the envie, so a lot more fit and it goes through the machine and doesn't have to be handstamped. Going through the machine makes it cheaper to mail.
Yes, it takes a few more minutes, but I am more confident in my envie making it to Quasi in one piece.

I have to say its a great idea about laying the coupons out evenly. I've never had a torn envelope since you started. I even send my envelope that way now.
