ATTENTION ALL TRAIN RIDERS! THE VIKINGS BEAT THE PACKERS LAST NIGHT!!! Now we need the TWINS to beat the TIGERS TONIGHT! Sorry for that OT burst of enthusiasm! I just couldn't help myself!! This doesn't happen very often here so we have to beam with pride when it does!!

Now back to the topic we are all here for: Next Monday is a holiday for the USPS and post offices will be closed. However, it is a REQUIRED mailing week for us as there will be coupon inserts in Sunday's newspapers. Please mail next week's envie to your train buddy on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13.

Congrats on the Vikings game! My brother is a Vikings fan too! (even though we live in CT, figure that one out) He has been a Vikings fan since he was a little kid. He was really excited about the win too!

As for your Twins, if they win, they better beat those Yankees!!!

It is not a brown envie, but a post office white one. Same size. It will take a few days longer to get to you from here also.

MIL passed away today. It was very peaceful with all of us who are here around her. We were joking with each other and eating ice cream. Two of the things she loved to do the most. Please pray for DH's family. We have been expecting this for sometime now, but this past 10 days have been very hard on them.

Yay for your DB! He obviously has good taste in football teams! They are so exciting to watch!

My TWINS beat the TIGERS last night in twelve innings. It wasn't easy and Detroit played hard, but in the end we pulled it out and now it's on to the Yankees. Keep your fingers crossed for them, KK, because we have a 0-7 record against them this season. GO TWINS!
