"coupon" templates

Hi!
I am looking to make a "coupon book" for DH for our 15th anniversary. Does anyone have any "coupon" templates that I can use? They don't even have to all be Disney, but I wanted to do something a little nicer than just printing it on plain white paper. Thanks in advance!
