Does this savings club only apply WDW resort hotel stays?

Also, it was said before that this also applies to FL resident discounts. So say I call of CRO and they have a FL res. rate of $89 at a moderate, if I made this through DU's Disavers, would I get back 10% off of the 89 discounted rate?

DISavers will work for Disneyland room reservations and many cruise line reservations (other than DCL).

Basically, any room and/or package program offered thru Disney is available thru DISavers. Non-Disney cruises (listed on the Dreams site) are also available thru DISavers.

Yes, if you are eligible for a FL resident's rate, your rebate is based on the discounted rate. Basically, any rate which offers a commission is eligible for the rebate.

Disney does have some special rates (like to travel agents themselves) which have no commission available to travel agencies.

If you have a question about any discount code, please let us know and we'll find out whether there is a commission.

Any of the codes listed on the DIS discount page do offer commissions (and thus rebates). In general, any reservation which can be made by Dreams, will offer the rebate.

i have been reading numerous discussion boards since the first o the year to get information about planning our trip in December to celebrate the adoption of my two oldest boys.

I can't believe I missed this!!! I ended up using a different travel agent recommended by another website. If i had known about this i would love to have taken advantage of this opportunity!
