couple of questions

We are heading down in about a month after a couple of days in Charlotte to visit some race shops. Have stayed many times since 2000, but not yet with our camper. Does the Fort offer the package delivery service just like WDW resorts? We will be without a stroller for the first trip since Jan 2002 and we used that service all the time back then. Also my 5 yo DS is curious if he'll be able to watch his "top 7 girl" on the TV in the camper. Yes, we have preferred reserved. On our previous two trips he was obsessed with Stacy.

Yes, the Fort has delivery service just like the resorts. Your packages are delivered to the Meadows Trading Post.

As far as the "Top 7", I'm not sure, but I would bet that it's the same cable service piped into the resorts.

Yea, Carol is right, it's the same cable that the resorts get. So your DS will definitely be able to see his Top 7 girl all he wants!

Although is this the one with the black hair? I can't remember her name, but whoever the girl is on the Disney Resort TV channel with the black hair, she is infamous in Disney Lore. Let's just say that she's probably the most talked about Disney Resort TV host ever, and I don't necessarily mean it's all good...lol. I have seen quite a few LONG threads with people bickering back and forth over her!

All I have to say is.....

"Look at all the llllllazy people in the lllllllazy river". I swear she has burned that phrase into my head....lol

We didn't even realize the impact Stacy had on our DS. Almost the entire most recent trip he refused to go on Buzz Lightyear at MK, but agreed to go on EE again even after vowing in May not to do that again. Finally he told my DW that "she" doesn't go on Buzz Lightyear. "She" only talks about it, and "she" went on EE. The "she" he was referring to was Stacy in the top 7 show and he was right-we watched it and she only talked about how fun Buzz was. There was no video of her riding it.

We did talk him into riding Buzz. He loved it. He wanted to do it again with me after I stayed with our 14mo on his first ride with my DW. So I rode it with him while my DW stayed with our 14 mo. My DW was bragging about her score so I took the camera with me to take a picture of my score. While DW was waiting for us near the exit Andie MacDowell walked out of Buzz and my DW had no camera. She was the narrator that night for the CP at Epcot. So it was my fault that we didn't get a picture of Andie MacDowell, but I did beat my wife's score.

How funny, my DS 4.5 is obsessed w/ her too. He is all too happy to just turn on the TV when we're visiting the In-Laws when they're down in their hotel room & watch just that. To him, that's the Disney Channel there. At Christmas, that was about all he wanted to watch.

My wife can't stand her at all, we were both big fans of the girl that was on the show right before Stacey. She's grown on me a bit, but something still irks me. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, this is just mine.

Oh, and I'll never forget the first time I saw her on TV. I was like wow, she's pretty cute, then she pulled her hair back, and I suddenly got this urge to ride Dumbo. Ok, that's mean, but that joke has been going around since we first saw her on TV, and I'm sorry, I just think she has huge ears. That was the end of my fascination with Stacey...lol.

I do understand how kids would love her, she is definitely perky!

Personally, I love the girl on the Spanish language version of Disney TV in the resorts. She's more my cup of tea...lol Only problem is it's kind of hard to convince the wife why I'm watching the Spanish version...hah
