I just noticed that the CBJ will be closed November 15-20, probably to do the Christmas overlay on it. I don't think it was posted as a closure until a few days ago (maybe it was and I missed it). Anyway, if anyone is hoping to see it, you might have to work around that five day closure.

Yes, this is due to the changing of the regular show to the Christmas show.

Hope everyone can work around those days and catch the show!

Is the regular show much different from the Xmas one? We haven't seen either and we went in April and did not do it as everything was going on. Now we are going next month and will more than likely do this show. Is it funny, long, exciting..etc?

Both are fun and the Christmas show is cute and gives you that "holiday feeling".... shows run every 17 minutes.

Country Bear Jam is the #1 ride in all of WDW that needs to be torn down and replaced.

It sounds terrible.

The Bears look six flag like.

Never liked it as a kid, and hate it as a 33 year old adult.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who didn't like it.

I haven't seen it in eight years, so I may feel differently now... but I like it. I heard the soundtrack for the first time in years on one of the internet Disney music stations, and I still thought it was fun.

And I'm not an old fogie or anything--I make video games for a living. :D

Guess it's one of those things where "your mileage may vary!"

I diffently want to see it. It just feels as though it is one of those classic Disney attractions. Wait maybe it is.

I didn't realize that they would start the Christmas show so early. We will be there through the Nov. 21 so we will only have that one day to see it. It will be the Christmas show then? I prefer the regular show over the Christmas show. We always go in November or December. We like the Christmas show, too. However, I would prefer to see the regular show on this trip. Oh well, I guess we will miss that and catch the Christmas show. Thanks for the information. I didn't know this one!

Thanks for the info - DD wanted to see this and we are arriving next Friday so maybe we can get there before Monday.

Does anyone know how long the Christmas show runs before it is changed back to the non-holiday show?

I agree it could use a overhaul. Maybe get new bears so they look more new and fresh. But I always like the show. The kids have always have fun singing along to the songs.
