The countries with attractions, i.e., France, Norway and Mexico open with the park. Kiosks open between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. as they would normally. The balance of the countries also open around 11:00 a.m. All subject to change, however, as with all things Disney.

It depends. When I went Dec 2021, some shops (like Japan) opened at 11am and most of the food booths opened later (like 11am or 12noon).

I’m here now and all rides are open for park open. Some booths are open a little after 10 and some closer to 11.

The real crime is that Les Halles and La Crepari open at 9 and 10 respectively for an 8am early entry and 8:30 official opening.
