I think it depends on your height, frame and how much exercise you do...doesn't it? I don't count calories and hope never to have to do it again, and so far 59 pounds lost
I don't count calories either and I've lost 18 1/2 pounds since January.
I found a site that has a formula for you to determine how many calories you should eat to maintain your weight then you can reduce that number by 500 calories a day to lose one pound a week. That site is <b>HERE</b>
I'm counting calories (well, actually my new handy dandy Nutri-counter is). Thanks for the link. I just got the counter yesterday so that will help me a lot.
