For our trip last week, with the exception of lunch @ 50's Prime Time Cafe, we ate entirely counter service and off-site (budget reasons).

Magic Kingdom:

Columbia Harbour House -- Fish & chicken basket -- just so-so
child's grilled chicken -- yummy

Pecos Bill's: Cheeseburgers & fries; child's hamburger
The fixins bar here is great -- sauteed mushrooms & onions

Epcot: Electric Umbrella -- hamburgers & fries -- standard

Animal Kingdom: Flametree BBQ -- had kids hotdog and ribs -- Ribs were tough.

Disney studios: 50's Prime Time Cafe -- 2 ham & turkey sandwiches (good, loaded with meat) and a child's grilled chicken & pasta plate -- yummy. Our waiter (Tim, I think) was very good & interacted with us and all the tables in our section.

We ate off-site a lot, as we usually arrived for park opening, left for a nap/swim in the afternoon, ate a quick supper out, and returned for the evening & night shows.
