Here's a good thread from last year about salads - it includes both counter service and sit down, but should give you a good idea of salad offerings at DL, DCA, and DTD.

Avoid UVA bar. Not that impressed with the food, and the drinks were WAAAAAY overpriced. And watered down.

Avoid Tortilla Joes as well. Jazz Kitchen is good. We've done the express many times to take back to the room at DLH. The main ding is great too. Very nice atmosphere

Also Rancho del Zacollo serves on real servingware as well!

Grab a Microbrew over at DCA and tour the Tortilla factory and the Sour Dough factory a few times for a lite and healthy snack. This will hold you over until dinner but always makes me want to buy a few more beers.
