Counter Service Meal Changes?

I apologize in advance if this is a re-post. I did a search and could not find the answer to my question. I know that for 2008, there were changes made to the table-service portion of the dining plan, where it will now NOT include an appetizer or gratuity. Regarding counter-service meals, I know that at most places, this included (in December 2007) an entree and a drink, and some places it included a dessert as well. So... Wondering if anyone can tell me if there were changes made to the counter-service meal under the dining plan? Thanks in advance for your help!
