Counter service locations

Does Downtown Disney have any counter service locations. I keep reading conflicting reports, so thought I would ask the Disney experts.

I believe that there is a McDonald's in DTD.

Wolfgang Puck Express
Earl of Sandwich

are all in the shopping area.

Seems like the West End has a few "snacky" places (pretzels, etc).

Is there some sort of CS "attached" to Raglan Road in Pleasure Island?
