I'm on the Quick-Service (QS) Dining Plan for my next trip but don't want to eat hambugers for a week. I did some research and below is a list of QS restaurants that serve what I call knife and fork food. There are no sandwiches or salads on the list, but rather more traditional dinner-type foods. I didn't include any resort CS locations since we all know they offer more variety. By the way, the items listed are the most expensive and allow you to get the most bang from your meal plan.

If you see anything I forgot please let me know. I'll add it to the master list.

What about Sommerfest(Germany) at World Showcase Epcot. If, you like Brats. Or, when Catina De San Angel opens in Sept.

I'd also recommend about anything at the Japan pavillion's counter service location. The udon soup is fantastic, and the platter there is super tasty!

Fish and Chips in England.

thanks for posting this for our 1st trip info..hubby will appreciate some other options!:lovestruc

Okay, I added the counter service location in Japan. I chose not to add Germany's Bratwurst or England's Fish and Chips as those foods - while different - are hand held, lunch type foods. I want the list to lean toward dinner-type, utensils required, quick-service dining.

If anyone disagrees with me, say so. There's nothing wrong with a little debate - after all I have ribs listed and many people don't use utensils for that :scared1:

Thanks for putting this list together. I think there have been changes to the WPE menu - the one listed on allears looks like the one we ordered from last week. I can vouch for the pennette, meatloaf and salmon but don't remember the other items.

Spaghetti Tomato-Basil-Garlic
Pennette Chicken Alfredo
Macaroni And Cheese
Spaghetti & Meatballs
Pennette Bolognese
Half Rotisserie Chicken
Oven Roasted Salmon
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

I agree that Fish and Chips should be added to it. It's deep fried breaded fish, so definitely should be eaten with at least a fork. (I'd even say that this is more frequently eaten with a knife and fork than ribs)

If it were a fish sandwich, then I'd be on your side. ;)

If you are going to add the fish and chips then you should also add the fried fish and fried shrimp platters from Columbia Harbor House in Magic Kingdom.

I've added fish to the master list. I'm not surprised that I missed it - I hate fish. I also updated the options for Wolfgang Puck Express based on the menu from All Ears.

At DTD the Counter service at Raglan Road, I think it's called Cooke's, has a large variety of entrees to choose from. They've got shrimp, scallops, Fish & Chips (the fish is Huge), a shepard pie type dish and I can't remember what else. Some are definitely knife & fork worthy.

I've added Cook's (thanks karrit2000) and also found Baked Ziti at Food Quest to add. Thanks for alerting me to the missed forkable foodage.
