counter service @ Kadani

I heard that there is not a counter service area in Kadani, is this true? If so, do they have an area where you could purchase the refillable mugs?

You can buy mugs in the resort store and you can refill there or at the pool bar.

You are correct. There is no counter service available at Kidani. Jambo House has Mara though.

If I'm not mistaken you can purchase and refill your mugs right inside the lobby door to the right in the gift shop.

Yes, in Johani Treasures (gift shop) they do have a refilling station.

The mugs can be refilled at the gift shop and at the pool. Or at the Mara. There are sandwiches at the pool, but the food at the pool is not covered by the meal plan. The only place to eat CS as defined by the meal plan is the Mara.

There are really very few breakfast snacks that can be purchased with the meal plan at the Kidani gift shop. There were some cheap looking prepackaged muffins and danish that could be purchased with snack credits.

Kidani really needs a real counter service restaurant.
