counter service during evening EMH?

hi
we will be in MK on a night when EMH goes to 1am...that is 6 hours after our dinner ressies! i am sure we will get hungry for ice cream or maybe even caseys hot dogs towards the end of the night...do the CS places stay open after the regular park closing? if so, are they open all the way to the end of extra magic hours? thanks!
