Might be a silly question, but are there counter service locations in each park where you can grab breakfast? We're trying to decide between the Basic & Deluxe DP. We do like to eat 3 meals a day, but can't quite figure how we'd pay $30 a day for 1 meal and 1 snack (the difference between DP &
DDP). Thanks for any info!
Many people who do the DxDDP do it because the deluxe plan also includes an one appetizer per person. The deluxe also makes a lot more sense if you do a big "brunch" in the morning at a TS restaurant then do a nice TS that is typically 2TS credits.
Signature restaurants requiring 2TS credits per person:
• Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge)
• California Grill (Contemporary Resort)
• Cinderella’s Royal Table character breakfast/lunch/dinner with photo package (Magic Kingdom)
• Citricos (Grand Floridian)
• Flying Fish Café (Boardwalk Inn & Villas)
• Hollywood Brown Derby (MGM Studios)
• Jiko - The Cooking Place (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
• Narcoossee's (Grand Floridian)
• Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yacht Club)
Dinner Shows requiring 2 TS credits per person:
• Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show (Polynesian)
• Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (Fort Wilderness)
• Mickey's Backyard Barbeque (Fort Wilderness)
If you are only interested in doing 1 table service meal a day then paying out of pocket for breakfast is probably your best bet. The breakfast platters at many resort CS restaurants can be easily split.
