Counter service breakfast options?

Hi all-

Planning a quick girls-only trip to WDW this week. It's kind of spur of the moment. Since it will only be a couple of days and it's so last minute, I'm going to do CS only--for the first time.

Looking for ideas for good CS breakfast at MK and Epcot. I'm thinking Main Street Bakery and Sunshine Seasons. I can't find here or AllEars what they actually serve for breakfast. I would like something with some protein and avoid sugar overload for breakfast. (We'll do that later in the day! )

Can anyone help with the sorts of choices available at these stops? Or let me know if I'm missing a real CS breakfast gem?

Main street bakery is one of my favorite places for a c s breakfast. They have wonderful warm ham & cheese croissants & usually a quiche as well as sandwiches & pastry items. Have a great time @wdw. Will be there in sept.

I totally agree on the Main Street Bakery. we LOVE it there. They also have a yummy yogurt/granola mix, fresh fruit & bagels in addition to all the delicously sinfull offerings ( like the french toast loaf & cinnamon rolls as big as your head! )
