Our family will be traveling to Disney this summer. We are debating between various paces within the World Showcase at Epcot for a lunch counter service meal. If you had one choice, which place would you choose and why? Thanks for posting!

We love Tangerine Cafe with is in Morocco. The food is good, but not spicy.

It really depends on what type of food you like, but if I had to pick one knowing nothing else about preferences, I'd pick China. Good choices, always solid, pretty good seating area.

(As PP noted, in all of Epcot, I'd pick Sunshine in Future World -- but it isn't in WS. Tons of choices, A/C, lots of drinks choices. Not much on atmosphere but food is very good.)

Epcot has the best CS of all the parks. Too hard to say just one. If we want sandwiches, soup or salad - Norway is awesome. Morocco is an excellent choice for a break from the typical park fare.

Another vote for Morocco! I used to debate between France and Morocco but last time my friend picked up a sandwich from France and brought it down and literally watched me eat my Shwarma Platter drooling in envy :) I don't second guess myself now!

Tangierine Cafe in Morocco.

If you expand your query to Future World, I would also recommend Sunshine Seasons.

We try to hit both of these every trip.

It would be a tossup for me between Tangerine Cafe in Morocco and Yakitori House in Japan.

I agree with Sunshine Seasons because of the variety it offers. Plus, you have many many options for dessert since it's from a bakery.

However, I have to throw in La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico, too, especially if you're there on an evening and wanting to watch the fireworks display. It's a great view, and I prefer the food from the counter service than San Angel, honestly.

There are so many Great choices for CS in WS. If I had to pick just one it would be the Tangerine Cafe in Morrocco, followed closely by the Yakatori HOuse in Japan (Sorry couldn't stay with just one :rotfl:)

Sunshine Seasons has great food and has a great variety but it is extremely crowded everytime we are there. If your travelling peak season you might have to hunt for a table. I've always been happy with the food though!

for us it is morrocco hands down. We loved that you could get such a healthy option but not have to have a salad.

The mexican cantina was good as well but it can be a bit hit or miss.

Another vote for the Tangerine Cafe. It is our favorite, however we also enjoy Sunshine Season too.

We have eaten at almost all of the CS locations and these would be our favs.

The Shwarma Platter is yummo! We love sitting outside and people watching while enjoying our meals. It is consistently good.:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

At Sunshine Seasons we have tried many of the selections (and they do have a lot) Not really crazy about the Asian options, but the chicken entree and veggies :thumbsup2 the sandwiches are really good. The turkey sammich was really yummy.:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

My boyfriend and I went last month and tried to eat something from every country that is a lot harder then you think, but our fav was mexico. We had some kind of burrito and it was so good with a frozen coconut drink both very good.
