I need a recommendation for counter service for dinner at Epcot. The last day of our trip we decided not to make any ADR in case we change our minds on which park we want to visit. We are most likely going to end up at Epcot. It will be me, DH, DD8, DS5 and DD2. DD2 will eat pretty much anything, DD8 eats most things, but no pizza or hot dogs, DS5 is VERY picky, but will do typical kid menu items like hot dogs, chicken strips, mac n cheese (no burgers though). DH and I like pretty much anything.

What are your faves, especially in World Showcase? We will be eating at the Biergarten there on another night. Thanks!!

We love The Tangerine Cafe in Morocco! Dh had a lamb schwarma platter and I had the chicken schwarma platter.

They have American-style kid's meals.

I would either second Tangerine or recommend the Yakitori House on top of the hill in Japan.

At England at counter service to right of Rose and and Crown. :goodvibes

To me the Tangerine Cafe is the best CS in WDW. Love the chicken and lamb swarma platter.

Went to the Yakatori in Japan, loved it. Also loved the small cafe in Norway but they only have a few sandwiches and sweets. There is always American Aventure for burgers and funnel cakes.

The counter service in the land pavillion---was called sunshine seasons foo fair I believe--has just been referbed this year and has (had) a wide variety of CS places like a food court with great varied selections and lots of room to move around!!!

I love Yakatori, but it gets pricey.

The new Land food court is the best. most variety I have ever seen in any of the parks. It almost feels like you are at one of the resorts.

Tangerine Cafe is the best.

Fish and Chips is probably our next favorite counter service at Epcot.

Thanks everyone for your ideas!

The Tangerine Cafe sounds interesting, I will have to run that one by DH!

We've been to the Sunshine Food Fair before it was refurbished. Did they change the selections/stations? Depending on where we end up being in Epcot (FW or WS) at dinnertime, we may try that instead.

Another vote for Sunshine Seasons in the Land. The sandwiches there are massive and so yummy. We went back twice on the last trip and plan on going again this upcoming trip!

we like to stop at each country as we tour it and get what ever sounds good to us from the CS and split it. the only place we hated was the kids meal at yakitori house tough teriyaki chicken with birdseye still frozen mixed veggies( the peas, cubed carrots and I think corn kind) the rice/ teriayki sauce was good but that was it. and the chinese counter spring rolls taste like cheap frozen ones also so would probably skip those 2 ( the entrees we have gotten at China in the past have been pretty bad...maybe they have improved,we just got the sp. rolls last time)
