counter service and table service

if we do free dining we get counter service and table service.

Are you able for example to put two counter service together to make one table service?

Unfortunately you can't combine 2 counter services to make 1 table service. That's why we're not interested in taking the counter service dining plan.
You can however, combine 2 table services to get 1 signature restaurant.

I think you would get the top grade and I would fail dismally !!!
