Counter 2 Go

I was just wondering has anyone been able to take food from counter services 2-go like Sunshine Seasons, Flame Tree,TANGIERINE CAFE,etc
I will have a counter service left on my last day,and would like to know if I could carry my food back to the hotel so that I may eat it before I go,I really dont want to use it at the Pop CS,since I will have already ate there.If anyone has done this please tell me when,where,what you ordered,and was it boxed up or was it a problem.

We have done this at Cantina de San Angel. The whole meal came in a large clamshell box.

I am not sure of other places but I would think that many CS restaurants have this available, if you ask. Maybe someone else knows of other locations?

I picked up hours at Casey's (in MK) once, and they didn't have any sort of "to go" packages. I can't think of anywhere else that doesn't serve their CS food on an open tray. I think it depends on where you go and what they normally serve food in.

I have taken food to go from Sunshine Seasons, Backlot Express, ESPN Club, Pizzafari, Cosmic Ray's, Rose & Crown Pub, Cantina de San Angel, Electric Umbrella, boardwalk Bakery, and many more.

You just need to ask for a to-go box.

Was this recently,I have to think that WDW would not overlook, to go boxes! They think of everything ,and I am sure that some people may want to take their food back to the room or maybe they were not able to finish it all and want to keep it for a snack later! I know all this is provided if you were going back to your resort,I know no one wants to carry food around in the hot park all day:lmao:

We are going to be at Epcot on our last day and will also have c.s. left. I was thinking about getting a couple of sandwiches to bring with us for our return flight. I was thinking about just bringing along a couple of zip locks.

Some of our group went to Earl of Sandwich before our car came to take us to the train last year.
