Countdown ticker help please.....

I would love to start the countdown clock to our cruise in April!! I don't know where to begin. I would like to put a countdown clock on my wallpaper page - which is the two palms off of Dave's site!

The final countdown will be April 20, 2002 at noon! Any guidance would be appreciated.
