Countdown Bars????

Just curious...where do you guys get those continuous countdown bars and how do you get them on your posts? Would love to start doing that! Thanks!!!

There is a thread on the Technical support board--called Get your countdown bars here (or something like that). Just follow the directions--I did it so it must be easy!!
