Couldn't get Vero at 7 months.....

feeling frustrated that we couldn't get Vero at 7 months. I wanted to split my stay between BLT and Vero, but the stay at Vero covers July 4th, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
looking back, I think I should have tried to get Vero for the other part of the vacation and kept July 4th for my home resort, BLT- OH well, better luck next time...

Sorry to hear you could not get in. I just booked that same week in a 2 bedroom lock off. I had tried to get the week before but could not get in. I called right at 9:00 am on Wednesday and they still had a few openings. You may want to consider pushing your vacation by a week and call right at 9:00 on the 7 month day. You could also book your week at Disney and then wait list the days you want for Vero. Good chance you will get it being 7 months out.

I have heard that VB is hard to get in the summer at 7 months. Maybe you could waitlist? Good luck!

we are vacationing with another family - they need a 2 bedroom and we need a 1 bedroom. I wish we could wait list together, but currently the system doesn't accommodate this. I wish it could. I guess we could keep calling and hope two rooms open up on the same day we call.
I love Disney, but I was hoping to try something a little different with Vero.

I got lucky.

Booked Vero in a 1 bedroom for the first two weeks in June at the 7 month point.

Happily surprised.
