Could you recommend good accommodations in Daytona Beach?

I need to book 3 rooms for 2-3 nights in early October. The place where we usually stay, Palm Plaza Resort, has now gone to a 10 day cancellation policy. I don't feel comfortable with that since something could come up a day or two before we plan to arrive. I don't mind a hotel that has a 48-24 hour cancellation policy but 10 days is just too far out for me.

I thought I had found another possibility but they require a 5 night minimum stay. That won't work for this trip.

Any suggestions I could check out?
