Could use some good thoughts, please.

don't usually ask for this kind of stuff but our family could use some good thoughts right now.... not so much my family, but my brother's.

He lives with his wife in her dad's home. Well, many years ago his father in law was a heavy equipment operator. He was working on a hill when the machine he was using tumbled down a hill, leaving him mostly paralyzed. Over the years his body deteriorated. On Monday they found him with bed sores so bad that they could see his bones.

So, on Tuesday, I think, they removed his legs, and as of today, he has become infected. My wife uses the term "septic"... I am not sure exactly what that means, but I assume it means badly infected.

Anyway, it seems like he doesn't have long to live, according to my SIL....

So if you have a couple minutes to say a prayer, or just think a positive thought, I would really appreciate it.

Wow who was caring for him? He has had the "bed sores" a long time for them to become so bad and infected.

Yes when they say someone is septic it is bad news. It generally means his whole body is involved and can lead to organ shut down and septic shock (simplified def.)

I'm sorry for him, sounds like his quality of life hasn't been very good. Hopefully he can be kept comfortable as possible. Peaceful thoughts sent his way.
