I thought I read something about some airport fee. Is that already in the price?

Looks like the national charges are missing the Concession Fee Recov Chrg. Is that an Alamo thing ro should we expect that to be added on even though it is not listed?

For some reason, when you use the priceless code with National it does not charge the concession fee. I think it has to do with that code starting with a 6, the other codes start with a 5. I believe a 6 code is considered a corporate code. I know when my company had a contract with National we were not charged the concession fee.

Quickrent is way to bypass the counter with National. You book online and it asks you if you want to use quickrent. You then put in your info including CC and when you arrive at your destination, you go out, pick your car, and you are off. The bad thing is that you cannot use a coupon, so quickrent is not a great deal.

I reserved a car with Alamo for March 14-18 using the Walmart codes and the coupon code from the entertainment book for $15 off for $99.91. I thought this was too good to be true. But I just tried it again and it came up with the same price.

You reserve your car, use any coupons and just go out to the lot pick your car (keys are in the doors) and drive away.................
