Could this pin be traded at the park?

Hello! I just received this pin in the mail a few minutes ago but I don't really like it. I'd rather trade it for a pin I like more. Do any of you know if I would be able to trade this pin with a Cast Member at any of the parks? Here's a pic of it from the auction I won:

It's hard to tell from the picture but that looks like a jewelry type pin which I don't think are tradable with CM's.

What kind of back does it have?? A straight back that is help in place with a rubber or metal or a brooch type back that swings open and closes with a clasp.

Hello! It's a brooch type pin with a back that swings open and closes with a clasp. I was hoping to trade it but since it isn't like the ones they sell at the park or what the CMs have, I can't. Thanks for your help. I guess I can just keep it around.
