Could someone tell me about the different rooms at AKV?

I am assuming the accomodations are all the same but the views are what are different as far as points cost? Is that correct? SO would value be the same in room comfort as stay Preferred Savanna View?? When will all the rooms be finished at AKV? Thanks.

Haven't been there yet in the DVC rooms but from some trip reports it seems that the value rooms are smaller with less storage space and therefore more cramped than the others. It would probably depend on how many people you are planning to put in the unit as to how you would rate the comfort level.

The value rooms are the same width as the rest of the rooms, but they are about 3' shorter. The value rooms are in the 2 wings at the front of the resort. The smaller size is the reason for the point difference. Some of the values face the Sunset Savanna, some face the pool, and a small percentage face the parking lot. All of the standard view rooms at Jambo House face the pool.

The villas in Jambo House are scheduled to be complete by the end of January, months ahead of schedule.

We would want a 2 bedrdoom and our kid are 17, 14 and 9.

right now there is only lock out 2-bedroom in Jambo house (1-bedroom plus studio)

so a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, chair bed (this is only at AKV now), queen bed and double sleeper sofa - are the beds.

once Kidani is finished you can get a dedicated too.
